rent.fyi is free to use. We earn a referral commission when someone is ready to move and chooses a relevant service after making a decision.

We may also license aggregate building-level statistics commercially. Individual address-level records are never sold, shared or licensed, at any price.

We do not take money from agents or landlords for placement in the rent check, true-cost calculator or comparison board. Keeping the consumer position clear is part of the product.
